March is a co-author of the Rutter Group's soon to be published "Bankruptcy Practice Guide", and a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum.

Upon graduation from Yale law school, March was a law clerk to a United States District Court Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York - one of the most prestigious Courts and one of the most prestigious positions for any young lawyer. Next, from 1975-1977, March was an attorney for three years at a major "Wall Street" law firm in New York City.

From 1978-1982, attorney March was a federal prosecutor in Los Angeles B Assistant U.S. Attorney, Office of the U.S. Attorney, Central District of California. There, attorney March won numerous cases in federal court on behalf of the US government.

From 1982, until she became a Bankruptcy Judge in 1988, March was an attorney in private law practice in Los Angeles, California. In private practice, March became a partner in a civil litigation firm that specialized in business cases.
